This 45-minute interactive seminar will explain the concept behind green, healthy homes. Children will hear about environmentally responsible approaches to site conditions, energy efficiency, water efficiency, material economy and indoor environmental quality pertaining to residences in Amman, Jordan.

This jewelry-making workshop is part of the Memory Matrix project, exploring possibilities of future heritage creation, employing new fabrication techniques and transcultural collaborations. The workshop participants will be using the cutouts from these pixels to create jewelry, which can be sold to benefit the education of refugees and communities affected by conflict and crisis.

This workshop will include hands-on activities in electrical engineering for students from 11–16 years old. Students will get an introduction to how electrical circuits work and how to build these circuits practically. Each participant will receive an electronic educational kit to implement these activities.
