About the Workshop

This workshop teaches children and teens how to recycle paper and use it to make paper bowls. Students will learn a specific recycling method whereby paper is turned into clay using different spices and natural dyes.

About Iraq Al Amir

Supported by Noor Al-Hussein Foundation, the Association of Iraq Al Amir Women was founded to support the livelihood of women in Iraq Al Amir and preserve their heritage. The Association has provided training projects for more than 150 women from all villages of Wadi Seer on various handicrafts and it is managed and run by women and ladies who are members of the Society which created many job opportunities for women of all ages.
