About the Exhibition

The Faculty of Architecture and Design is holding an art exhibition for its students from the 2016-2017 academic year. The exhibition showcases diverse works and projects of students from the architecture, interior design and graphic design departments, including animation and multimedia projects. Opening 12 October.

About the University of Petra, Faculty of Architecture and Design

Established in 1990, the University of Petra’s Faculty of Architecture and Design emphasizes the vital role of arts in creating designs that are responsive to human needs, whether functional, cognitive, or aesthetic. The faculty is the first in Jordan to offer a college degree in four majors: architecture, interior design, graphic design, and animation and multimedia. The faculty provides many facilities including computer labs, an acoustics lab, a silkscreen lab, a ceramics workshop, a photography lab, a model-making lab, a fine arts studio, a carpentry and metal workshop, and a permanent exhibition hall for students’ projects.
