Frustrated by the littering and garbage that can be found scattered throughout Jordan, Amal was inspired to develop solutions and to contribute to a more environmentally sustainable future for Jordan. This film documents the story of how she learned to lead a zero waste lifestyle, and in 2012, founded the ‘Towards Zero Waste Initiative’, working with school children to educate and develop a permanent waste exhibition concept at a local school.
