About the Workshop
Immersive Spaces provoke curiosity and encourage connectivity. Humans by nature are naturally drawn to experiences that engage the senses, because we construct and deconstruct through our senses and emotions. When attempting to convey an educational message through a physical space it is important to understand the different layers involved in the project. Through this interactive workshop participants will explore how educational exhibits are designed in museums and science centers and how the design process evolves from the conception to fabrication. This workshop is for ages 18+. Pre-registration for this workshop is required by phone.
