Baraka Destinations invites you to an open salon that takes audiences on an experiential journey into the heart of Pella and Umm Qais, a historic archaeological site in the North of Jordan.
Inspired by Jordan and it’s diverse cultural and geological landscape, the Jordan Museum participates at Amman Design Week with an exhibition entitled Jordan: Land of Innovation, Continuity, and Change. The exhibition, in collaboration with the Royal Scientific Society, showcases archaeological findings that speak of Jordanian innovation and creativity throughout history in water, food, mobility, cultural diversity, and energy.
Similarly, Baraka Destinations open a salon that takes audiences on an experiential journey into the heart of Pella and Umm Qais, a historic archaeological site in the North of Jordan. The salon will explore historical narratives, archaeology, places, objects, and travel through the act of local storytelling.
Baraka Destinations was created to partner with local communities in secondary tourism sites and together design and build tourism experiences that showcase their hometown to curious travelers. You’ll find them working in areas often forgotten by tourists, or visited for an hour or two just to tick a list, and with us, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know the hidden gems that most tourists would miss, get to connect with the people that call it home, and enjoy a memorable and high-quality travel experience.
