Food Diversions is a visionary laboratory where design defines the aspect and tastes on your plate. The Food Diversions team invite participants to join them at the meeting point between micro-architecture, temporary design and detail cuisine. The objective is to compare the dish made with the realization of an architectural model.

This workshop is open to all, and provides a learning experience in embroidery and upcycling, where participants learn the creative process behind {Kees Chic} and produce chic handmade coasters following the Islamic Pattern.
